I came to Amy and Moments for your Mind when I was going through a really tough time in my life. I had been feeling anxious, lost, and uncertain of my future. Moments for your Mind helped me recenter myself, using breath work, meditation and movement alongside real coaching strategies. Slowly, I became more calm, more grounded, and could see a better more happier path for myself. We still work together weekly to help me continue to move forward, and she gives me the support and encouragement I need. I feel more empowered with more clarity to be the person I want to be.

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you could benefit from the help of a wellbeing coach.
Last year I faced changes that ultimately put my life upside down.
In some of those days I felt so out of control and helpless, I questioned myself and my ability to stand back up.
I didn't realise that I couldn't even express what I felt, until I spoke to Amy who introduced me to her coaching. My mind was full of thoughts but nothing was feeling right. In those moments I felt as if I somehow lost my power. Amy guided me through that journey using breathwork and meditation exercises with proactive planning until I felt comfortable and in control again.

I have had my fair amount of coaching and therapy both traditional and alternative and never has it managed to unveil so much and bring so much clarity as my sessions with Amy.
I think it's her mix of tangible tools (she has an incredible wealth of knowledge) along with the visualisations, body scans and movement that creates this magic formula that just works.
I must admit a slight trepidation when asked prior to my first session to submit music selections and that there would be movement element but this is the best part of the session. You let go, she is there doing it with you and you just feel absolutely epic after.
Amy has changed my life - which I know is a bold statement and one that I don't take lightly. She is a true healer - instrumental in a fundamental shift in my emotional well-being.

I have never worked with a therapist who I bonded with immediately. Amy has a manner that is so calm and professional. She can read body language and emotions very well via a screen.
Her approach to therapy was different to therapy that I have experienced before. I was skeptical about the body scans and describing my inner voices with names, ages and even dressing them. But it works, I can instantly see what my inner voices are doing to me and how I can self sabotage.
