Hi, I'm Amy, founder and director of Moments for your Mind therapy.
As a BACP registered counsellor, a life coach and a trained movement and Pilates instructor, my work helps people reconnect with themselves, create lasting change, and move through life’s challenges with greater awareness.
I combine coaching and therapy with a mind-body approach that supports both reflection and action - helping clients find clarity, balance and energy in both their personal and professional lives.

WHAT IS A MOMENT FOR YOUR MIND?
Therapy sessions are tailored to each client specifically, but follow a structure which session by session will increase the Mind-body connection.

Please note:
Not all sessions are the same.
Some weeks we may use more talk therapy, some more with movement, some weeks we sit with discomfort, some we might use visualisations and tap into felt sense.
I work with you at your own pace.
Check in - what is happening for you, what has brought you to the session. We may use embodiment or visualisation to allow the mind to flow
Movement- using music and flow we work together to get into our bodies and allow the parasympathetic nervous system to reset, and our mind and bodies to connect. This is powerful work and looks different for each client
Conscious Choice Making - time for us to work on your ‘story’ and any changes & shifts you want to make. We work on the choices and the tools you will use to implement them. We work together to develop a plan of action to utilise your strengths and create behaviours which serve you
